Through its partnership with the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF), Anheuser-Busch has delivered more than $7.5 million to 137 conservation projects in 48 states – showing that teamwork between public and private sectors can make a significant difference in helping protect the environment. The Budweiser brand helps support the following programs:

Help Budweiser Help the Outdoors

Budweiser, its family of wholesalers, NFWF, six other leading conservation organizations and loyal Budweiser consumers from across the United States all partner together to raise money for wildlife and habitat conservation efforts.

As part of the "Help Budweiser Help the Outdoors" sales promotion, wholesalers donate a percentage of proceeds from Budweiser sold during September and October. NFWF, with the support of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Natural Resources Conservation Service, then matches the contributions nearly 2-to-1. Awarded as challenge grants, these funds assist six leading conservation organizations – Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, Quail Unlimited, Delta Waterfowl Foundation and Quality Deer Management Association – in raising additional support from their members to fund important conservation projects.

Budweiser Conservation Scholarship

In its sixth year, the Budweiser Conservation Scholarship, funded by Anheuser-Busch and NFWF, honors college students (21 and over) who demonstrate a commitment to innovative research and study of today's most pressing conservation issues.

In 2007, NFWF and Budweiser expanded the scholarship program through the creation of the Budweiser Renewable Energy Grant which will award $100,000 to a higher learning institution working to develop renewable energy technologies or processes that also look to conserve wildlife and habitats.
